Our typical facility includes a 50,000 square foot plant situated on approximately 3 acres provided by the Government. This size plant is capable of processing approximately 350 tons/day. The hourly volume should require approximately 2 shifts per day, 6 days per week. We see this as an ideal situation to provide full time employment for most of the staff, but also provide part-time employment for personnel seeking only supplemental wages, or those unable to accept full-time employment.

Our processing system is fully capable of processing approximately 25 tons per hour. Our facility has sufficient staging space so that trucks accepted into the facility will have no delay in unloading their waste. Unloading time should be no longer than the time taken to process the trucks through the landfill scales. Any surges can be accepted since the facility will essentially be operating at a little less than 66% capacity. Our system is one of the most dependable in the world and requires minimum maintenance/down-time.

Our facility has compactors for each of the recycled product streams. As product is packaged it is loaded onto vans for onward shipment. Our typical site plan has sufficient staging areas for the recycled material. However, because of the demand for the recycled product, we do not anticipate any lengthy shipping delays in moving full containers/vans out of the facility.

Concerns such as control of disease vectors, fires and odors are addressed in the building permitting process to ensure that the facility is in compliance with all city, county, state and federal regulations for the safety of our associates. There are commercially available misters for application of both pesticides and disinfectants to minimize disease vectors.

Building security measures will ensure that scavenging is monitored. We have a zero tolerance policy for any employee theft.

We are committed to this process for the long haul and want to be a partner with the Government. Recycling is the right thing to do, both economically and environmentally.

Our entire business plan places minimum requirements on the Government. Our desire is to establish a symbiotic relationship that will be beneficial to both parties. The Government will benefit by seeing a reduction of up to 65% of solid waste being buried in the landfill, thus significantly extended the shelf life of the landfill, and our firm will see the economic benefit of gaining ownership of the recyclables and reaping the financial rewards of any salvage value.

At the same time, the citizens in the surrounding area will benefit by additional employment opportunities and having a clean and healthy environment in which to live and raise their families.
